Acceptable use

No illegal content, no DDoS sources, no phishing. We may suspend services that violate the acceptable-use policy after notice, except in cases of immediate harm.

Billing

Plans renew on the anniversary of purchase unless cancelled from your dashboard. 30-day money-back applies to first-time purchases.

SLA

We target 99.99% uptime on Managed Cloud Enterprise tier and 99.9% across other tiers. Service credits are issued automatically when monthly availability falls below target.
